The visit was held to extend formal congratulations on his appointment as the Director of Erbil Residency.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the meeting, the SOSS leadership expressed their full confidence in Colonel Farzanda\u2019s leadership and emphasized the critical role of the Directorate in enhancing public services.
