Mr. Mustafa Jaff started his freelance career in 1992, building over 32 years of expertise in key areas such as translation, planning, and strategic development across a variety of environments both within Iraq and internationally, particularly in Germany.
Mr. Ahmed Sedeeq Azeez
With four years of experience in the Annual Inventory Project, Ahmed Sedeeq Azeez Chomani now works with Sard Organization as a Data and Administration Specialist, Researcher, and Social Media & Website Manager. He is also a Lecturer at Peshang Non-Governmental Institute. Skilled in statistical programs and Microsoft tools, he focuses on effective data collection, management, and analysis.
Mrs. Mardin Sameer Ali
is an accomplished statistician, academic, and project manager with over a decade of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, socio-economic studies, and data analysis. She serves as the Projects Manager at the Sard Organization for Society Support (SOSS), where she oversees fieldwork operations, survey design, data collection, and study implementation across Iraq.
Dr. Dlshad Mahmood Saleh
is an Assistant Professor of Applied Statistics with over 18 years of academic experience. He specializes in applied statistics, Bayesian and robust methods, wavelet shrinkage, and regression modeling, and has extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic supervision.
Ms. Martina Nicolls
is a Senior International Consultant and Head of MEAL with over 25 years of International experience in humanitarian and development programs, specializing in monitoring and evaluation, research, and data quality across international contexts.
Dr. Reza Ghazal
is a distinguished economist with a Ph.D.
from the University of Ottawa, bringing over 8 years of university teaching
experience and 10 years of federal government service. Currently serving as a
Senior Economist at Natural Resources Canada, he specializes in economic
analysis, energy forecasting, and econometric modeling. His expertise spans
policy development, research evaluation, and academic instruction across
multiple institutions.
