Scientific Visit: Enhancing Practical Learning and Skills Development for Future Statisticians
On February 25, 2025, Sard Organization had the privilege of hosting junior students from the Department of Statistics and Informatics at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Salahaddin. Organized in collaboration with the university’s Career Development Center, this visit aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical applications in data analysis and the labor market.
Accompanied by their university faculty member—Mrs. Sarwin Asaad Othman, Miss Azin Mohammed Khader, and Mrs. Sakar Ali Jalal—the students engaged in insightful discussions with experts in statistics and data analytics. They explored key aspects of data collection, market analysis, and best practices in the field, gaining hands-on experience to Sard Organization’s ongoing projects and contributions.
As part of the program, Dr. Delshad Shaker Botani delivered an enlightening seminar on labor market trends, emphasizing the increasing demand for data-driven decision-making and the importance of continuous skills development. The discussion underscored the need for young professionals to enhance their analytical abilities, expand their knowledge base, and improve language proficiency to stay competitive in the evolving job market.
Sard Organization is proud to support such initiatives, fostering stronger ties between academia and industry. We remain committed to equipping future professionals with the expertise and practical experience needed to thrive in their careers.
