​In the framework of the Regional Plan for Human Rights, a high-level delegation from the Sard Organization, led by the organization’s president, Prof. Dr. Delshad Shaker Botani, and his deputy, Mr. Mustafa Mohammed Jaf, participated today, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in a conference held at the Erbil Provincial Council conference hall.​​The conference, titled “The Role of Police in Law Enforcement and Human Rights,” was attended by the Governor of Erbil, Mr. Omed Khoshnaw, along with representatives from official institutions and relevant human rights organizations.
