​ERBIL — Mr. Mustafa Jaff, Deputy Head of the Sard Organization (SOSS) and expert in capacity building, held a meeting with Engineer Ayoub Sabah Gardi, the Director General of Strategic Planning at the Ministry of Planning.

​During the meeting, both parties discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation. The discussion focused primarily on how SOSS can continue its support for the government in the fields of consultancy, rehabilitation, development, and human resource growth.

​This support aims to empower human cadres to work with high effectiveness and efficiency within the planning sector. The ultimate goal is to overcome existing obstacles and ensure the preparation of a strategic plan that achieves developmental objectives and serves the public interest of the country.
