Course Overview

Sard Organization offers a practical training course on creating electronic survey forms, collecting data, and preparing data for SPSS and Excel. Participants will learn step by step, from writing clear questions and organizing response options to creating multilingual forms and exporting the collected data.

To develop participants’ practical skills in designing electronic survey forms, collecting data, and preparing organized datasets for analysis.

• Creating surveys using Google Forms, step by step.
• Creating and managing survey forms using KoboToolbox.
• Preparing survey forms in multiple languages.
• Collecting data online and offline using KoboToolbox.
• Exporting data from Google Forms and KoboToolbox and preparing it for Excel and SPSS.

Students, researchers, teachers, field-survey workers, and anyone interested in learning how to create electronic surveys and prepare the resulting data.

Course Duration and Delivery

The course will be conducted online through Google Meet over five days, with two hours per day and a total of ten hours of practical training (8:30 PM – 10:30 PM).

Course Trainer

The course will be delivered by Ahmad Sedeeq Azeez, who has more than five years of experience in this field. He is a data and administration specialist at Sard Organization for Community Development and an instructor at Peshang Private Institute. He has several years of experience in data collection and analysis and is a member of the Kurdistan Economists Syndicate.

Participation Requirements

A laptop or desktop computer and an internet connection are recommended for following the sessions and completing the practical exercises.
