Under the auspices of the international French company Bureau Veritas (BV), an intensive five-day training course was completed for the employees of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil / North Refineries Company in Erbil city.

The course focused on statistics and data analysis (advanced level) through the use of SPSS statistical package. The goal of the course was to strengthen staff’s cognitive and practical abilities in this subject.

In addition to learning how to design questionnaires for the North Refineries Company customers’ satisfaction, it is important to note that the course covered a set of topics related to how to enter, process, and analyze oil data by making the most efficient use of all data and information that is currently available.
