On Wednesday, April 6, 2022, the Statistics Organization for Society Support (SOSS), represented by Dr. Dilshad Shaker Botani, head of the organization, and the certified expert trainer Mr. Mustafa Al-Jaf, relations officer from the organization visited the human resources development, directorate of administration and personnel – presidency office of the Kurdistan Parliament in Erbil, the capital of Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI).

The SOSS’s representatives were greeted by Mr. Hiwa Nasr El-Din Mustafa, vice-president of the Parliament office and officials of the human resources development department and the administration and personnel department.

It was decided to examine a number of topics, including how to improve the capabilities of the current cadres in terms of quality of data and information, as well as how to benefit from them in order to organize the operations of the Parliament in the most efficient and long-term manner possible. When it comes to the data processing and analyses, it was determined that a field visit to these departments is required in order to discuss with them the most significant problems and obstacles faced by the employees of the departments in Parliament and how to find solutions to those problems in order to make the most appropriate and necessary decisions for them.
