ERBIL, KURDISTAN REGION — In a commitment to fostering institutional partnerships, a high-level delegation from the Sard Organization for Society Support (SOSS), led by Prof. Dr. Delshad Shaker Botani (President) and Mr. Mustafa Mohammed Jaf (Vice President), conducted an official visit to meet Colonel Rizgar Farzanda. The visit was held to extend formal congratulations on his appointment as the Director of Erbil Residency.
