Mr. Hussein Al-Qaidi, the Director of the Yazidi Abductees Rescue Office, was visited by the president of the Statistics Organization for Society Support (SOSS) in January 2022 at his headquarters in Erbil, where they discussed a number of issues concerning the Yazidi brothers and sisters and the problems they encounter in the camps and original areas in Sinjar district.

The newest data on the number of abducted, killed, and mass graves since 2014 due to ISIS’ control over Yazidi territories were also highlighted. More than 2,700 Yazidis have gone missing thus far, with no one knowing what happened to them.
